Research worth reading
Research that reviewed 106 experiments found that people and AI working together did, on average, worse than the better of the two working alone — with losses in decision tasks and gains in content-creation tasks. That is why we start with roles and review points, not with more tools.

The EU AI Act: human oversight and AI literacy
Two parts of the EU AI Act touch how people and AI share work. Article 4 asks providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to support the AI literacy of the staff who operate and use them; it has applied since 2 February 2025. Article 14 sets human-oversight requirements for high-risk AI systems; after the AI Omnibus, the rules for high-risk use cases listed in Annex III apply from 2 December 2027, and for AI in regulated products from 2 August 2028. Clear roles, review points and override rules in one workstream are a practical way to start on both.

How long does the Audit take?
3 to 5 weeks from the intro conversation to the finished playbook.
How much of our people’s time does it need?
About 2 to 4 hours per person, spread over those 3 to 5 weeks.
What do we receive at the end?
A written playbook for one workstream and the metrics to track (override rate, rework, trust and escalation).
Do you need access to our systems or data?
We need a look at the tools and steps as they run today on that workstream. We do not take a copy of your production data unless you expressly agree it for the engagement.
Can you work in Dutch?
Yes. Conversations are in Dutch or English. The site and materials are in English for now.
Do we need to change our tools?
No. You keep your stack. The work is about how people and AI share it: who leads, what AI may draft, and when a person steps in.
What about robotics?
Where a workflow includes robots working alongside people, the same collaboration method applies — roles, review points and override rules.
What happens to my answers in the free readings?
They are calculated in your browser. Full-assessment results and cost figures are saved only in this browser (local storage) so your results can be shown again. You can delete them anytime with “Delete my answers”. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to send a note.
